BOARDING

THE CREEKSIDE DIFFERENCE - Creekside Resort in Walworth is our area's first All Inclusive Resort designed and built for the comfort of dogs, and our Creekside Acres in Macedon match that designation! All of our locations provide the best home-away-from-home experience available today.

We have a clean dog guarantee, which means that if your dog enjoys a little mud, he receives a complimentary bath. We also launder personal belongings at no additional charge if needed.

Several years of detailed planning went into creating our unique design, and our boarding program combines daily protocols to ensure a level of quality care that you won't find elsewhere.

We intentionally build facilities that are considered small within the industry. Each location has only 42 rooms for our guests; the quality of care and one-on-one attention that we deliver to each and every dog is far more important then housing as many as we can.

Our original boarding design separates dogs by energy levels within the building while they are safely contained within their own spacious suites. The buildings are climate controlled and include heated floors for comfort in the cooler months. We honor our geriatric boarders with textured tile nonslip flooring to enter and exit the building for walks, and senior dogs are a priority for extra potty time.

Unlike other facilities, our playtime is different, too: groups are no greater then ten dogs. Our highly trained staff carefully hand selects each group by size as well as temperament to ensure that your dog is safe and comfortable with their friends. We put a lot of thought and care into making sure that play personalities match for the best experience your dog can have.

We supply even more amenities, free of charge:

  • Spa music for all guests.

  • A stocked refrigerator of meat, broths, and cheeses if your dog needs a little something special for finicky appetites.

  • Plenty of in-house treats.

  • Raised beds in each suite.

We also administer all medications, including prescription injections, at no additional charge.

We know that boarding can be stressful, so we take the utmost care in making your beloved pet feel comfortable, safe, and loved during their time with us. Their days are filled with endless activities in a beautiful country setting that provide both physical exercise as well as mental stimulation, interspersed with quiet time. Your dog is worth the drive!

Your pet's day starts before 7:00 a.m. with a wake-up trip outside. Breakfast is served, and by 9:00 a.m. we're in play group. Throughout the day we alternate play time with down time, making sure that your dog gets enough of each, based on his temperament and play style.

Dinner is served around 6:00 p.m., we play some more, and get ready for bedtime. Lights are out by 9:00 p.m.

ACTIVITIES

We provide lots of fun things for your dog to do, including playtime, nature walks, and summer splash pools!

For group fun, boarding dogs socialize by size, temperament, and play style in supervised playtime with a maximum of ten dogs in one group. New dogs are introduced with care and safety.

Outdoor and climate-controlled open areas mean playtime no matter the weather! Boarders also enjoy movie time in the lounge for an in-home experience.

LOCATIONS

Convinced that traditional boarding kennels contribute to the stress your dog feels when they are away from home, Melissa Cocola created the perfect pet paradise. No warehouse, no concrete, no cages; just woods and fields and creeks and covered open spaces to play in and private suites to snooze in.

Attention to detail for every guest guarantees that our country resorts are the ultimate pet destination. Our idyllic settings provide plenty of space and fresh air for your dog to enjoy.

Creekside Resort in Walworth as well as Creekside Acres in Macedon are under surveillance and carefully monitored

24 hours a day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our boarding facilities have limited suites, and we are frequently at maximum occupancy during holidays and peak travel times. Unfortunately, we experience no-shows or reservations are cancelled last minute, and it's too late for us to offer a empty suite to another family. Sadly, clients are turned away or have to cancel their travel plans. As a result, we have implemented a new Cancellation Policy. All reservation cancellations/adjustments must be submitted via email (boarding@positivek9atcreekside.com).

General Cancellation Policy

We require at least 72-hours of notice for cancellations. If you do not cancel before 72 hours, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled reservation for each kennel reserved.

Holiday/School Break Cancellation Policy
We require at least two-weeks’ notice for all cancellations during holidays and school breaks (see dates below). If you do not cancel before two weeks, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled reservation for each kennel reserved.

We love having your pups vacation with us! We are hoping, with proper notice from owners, we can accommodate more guests from our cancellation list, especially during peak vacation times. Thank you for your understanding.
